I was telling Margie how good some of these letters made me feel and she said why not share them with everybody. So thanks again for the kind words and support, it makes a fellow feel like singing when he ain't trying to go 200 mph!

Hello Bill - Great to hear of the "big Catch" - I never catch anything that big around here! I spent the afternoon with Parts at the Poker run for "Panhead" RIP - It was a good Ol' Biker time complete with weenie bite, slow race and barrel roll. I have been selling the CD's in the shop. I have enjoyed the old timers coming in to the shop and getting excited to see we have them. I have heard countless stories of ..."I saw Bill Van Dyke back in the eighties at Sturgis" or I remember his ad in Easyriders. I also have really tried to turn these new riders- young guys on to your music. I explain to them that there is more to riding a Harley than the local HD Boutique T-shirt dealership. I tell them that there is a heritage that they need to know about. That heritage was forged by REAL BIKERS like you. I tell them to listen to the songs- they tell the story. Hell, maybe some of them will get it. I really worry about the lack of respect these young punks have for Bikers. They think a brand new financed Harley and a pretty bandanna = instant Biker. It really makes me appreciate you... Steve @ Steve's Customs INC

I am seriously interested in acquiring some or all of the music displayed on your website. A quick bio: towards the end of the 80's, I was fortunate enough to get turned on to Williams music in my house, by my father. My brother and I (I'm 38, bro is 33) have very fond memories of the music, and still sing the songs aloud on many an occasion. My dad would play the albums to no end all day and most times into the night and next morning. Sharing the turntable often was Willie, Waylon, Johnny Cash, and David Allan Coe. Very good company, I would say! I have most of their stuff on disc now (I have close to 1200 cds in my collection ), and feel it is in dire need of some W.V.D. If you could help me with this, I would be very grateful, as would my brother and Dad. Pop now resides in Daytona Beach, rides a 1947 Indian Chief, as well as a 1997 heritage springer, and loves to have his biker brothers over regularly for a good cigar, some fine drink and ass kickin party music. If you could accommodate, we would all be grateful. Hope to hear from you. Sincerely, Eddie April 02, 2004 12:37 AM
